Terms of Service & Boarding Policies

Welcome to Turbo Dawgz Dog Resort ("Turbo Dawgz," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website, online booking portal, and in-person services including dog daycare, boarding, bathing, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1) General Information

  • Turbo Dawgz Dog Resort is located in Greenville, Texas. We offer dog boarding, daycare, and related services in a safe, supervised environment.

  • All guests (dogs) must have current vaccinations and pass an initial evaluation prior to daycare or boarding.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog for health, behavioral, or safety reasons.

2) Reservations & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our online portal: BusyPaws Portal.

  • A valid payment method is required to confirm reservations.

  • Deposits: Certain reservations (e.g., holidays or extended stays) may require a non‑refundable deposit.

  • Balance Payments: Remaining balances are due at check‑in unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted Payments: Major credit/debit cards and other payment methods accepted through BusyPaws.

3) Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the reservation start date may be refunded or credited (depending on service type).

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation start date may forfeit the deposit or be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No‑shows or same‑day cancellations are non‑refundable.

  • Holiday reservations are subject to stricter cancellation terms due to limited availability.

4) Vaccination & Health Requirements

To protect all pets in our care, we require proof of up‑to‑date vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian.

Required vaccinations include:

  • Rabies

  • DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza)

  • Bordetella (Kennel Cough) — required within the last 6 months.

Additional health requirements:

  • Dogs must be free of fleas, ticks, and contagious illnesses.

  • Dogs must be spayed/neutered if over 6 months old (unless previously discussed).

  • Owners must disclose any known medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues.

Turbo Dawgz reserves the right to deny admission or request pickup of any pet showing signs of illness or aggression.

5) Drop‑Off & Pick‑Up Policies

  • Please adhere to scheduled drop‑off and pick‑up times.

  • Late pick‑ups may result in additional daycare or overnight fees.

  • Only authorized persons listed on your account may pick up your dog. Photo ID may be required.

6) Behavior & Safety

  • Dogs must be socialized and non‑aggressive toward people and other dogs.

  • Owners agree that in the event of behavior concerns, Turbo Dawgz may separate, isolate, or remove a dog for safety.

  • Any damage caused by a dog (to property or another pet/person) may be the financial responsibility of the owner.

  • Turbo Dawgz staff are trained to handle dogs humanely and safely at all times.

7) Emergencies & Veterinary Care

If a dog becomes ill or injured while in our care:

  • We will make every effort to contact the owner or emergency contact immediately.

  • If urgent care is required, Turbo Dawgz may transport your dog to your listed veterinarian or the nearest available emergency clinic.

  • Owners authorize Turbo Dawgz to seek veterinary treatment as deemed necessary and agree to be responsible for all associated costs.

8) Liability Waiver

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • There are inherent risks in group dog play, including scratches, bites, or injuries from normal canine interaction.

  • Turbo Dawgz is not liable for illness, injury, escape, loss, or death of any pet resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control (including pre‑existing health conditions or unforeseeable events).

  • You assume all risks associated with boarding, daycare, and related services.

9) Media & Photography

  • We may take photos or videos of dogs for safety, training, or marketing purposes.

  • By using our Services, you grant Turbo Dawgz permission to use your pet’s likeness on our website, social media, or promotional materials unless you opt out in writing.

10) Communication & Privacy

  • Turbo Dawgz may contact you via email, phone, or text for updates, booking confirmations, and promotions.

  • You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

  • Your information is protected per our Privacy Policy and the BusyPaws Privacy Policy.

11) Boarding Environment & Care Standards

  • Dogs receive indoor/outdoor playtime and are supervised during group sessions.

  • Sleeping arrangements include climate‑controlled kennels or suites.

  • Owners must provide any special food, medication, or comfort items at check‑in.

  • Medications must be in original containers with clear instructions.

12) Abandonment Policy

If a pet is not picked up within 5 days of the scheduled departure date and we cannot reach you or your emergency contact, the pet may be considered abandoned under Texas law. Turbo Dawgz will make reasonable efforts to rehome the pet or surrender it to a local shelter. All outstanding fees remain the owner’s responsibility.

13) Modifications & Termination

We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Turbo Dawgz reserves the right to terminate services or refuse future bookings for repeated policy violations or unsafe behavior.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Hunt County, Texas.
